The given lines are parallel to the vector. `vec{b_{1}}=1+2 j+2 k and vec{b_{2}}=3 i+2 j+6 k `

. So

`cos theta=frac{ {b_{1}} cdot vec{b_{2}}}{|vec{b_{1}}||vec{b_{1}}|}=frac{(i+2 j+2 k)(3 i+2 j+6 k)}{|i+2 j+2 k||3 i+2 j+6 k|} `

`=frac{3+4+12}{sqrt{1+4+4} sqrt{9+4+36}}=frac{19}{21} `

`Rightarrow theta=cos ^{-1}(frac{19}{21})`
