if the population is x.
new population after one year=>`x+x/20=(21x)/20`
new population after one more year=`(21x)/20+1/20xx(21x)/20=(441x)/400`
here x=176400 therefore new population after 2 years=>194481
now if `(441x)/400=176400`
then x=`160000`
