Why is the flow of income and product called a circular flow ?

Explanation

It is because
(i) Real flows and money flows flow in opposite direction.
(ii) In an exchange process, the producers receive the same amount what consumers spend.
(iii) Activities of production, income and expenditure keep moving always in a circular manner.
