Fixing the position of one flower, the remaining flowers can be arranged in 7! Ways.
But there is no distinction between the clockwise and anticlockwise arrangements.
So the required number of arrangements
`= (1)/(2) xx 7! = (1)/(2) xx 5040 = 2520`
