There are `5` red and `3` black balls in first bag and `4` red and `5` black balls i second bag. A ball is drawn from one of the bags. Find the probability that the ball drawn is red.

Probability of selecting one bag out of two bags `=1/2`
Probability of drawing a red ball from first bag
`=1/2xx5/8=5/16`
Probability of drawing a red ball from second bag
`=1/2xx4/9=2/9`
Both events are mutually exclusive.
Therfore, the required probability.
`=5/16+2/9=77/144`
