Blood is filtered in Bowman's capsule of nephron. For the filtration of blood some pressure is needed. How does this pressure happen to blood ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

1) Blood flows inside the glomerulus of Bowman's capsule under the influence of pressure due to the large diameter of afferent arteriole.
2) This increases or rise the blood pressure in the glomerulus capiilaries leading to ultrafiltration of the blood in the Bowman's capsule.
