Why doctors are prohibited to do sex determination through ultrasound scanning for pregnant women ?

Explanation

(1) Generally, doctors use ultrasound scanning to know the growth of the foetus along with it's sex.
(2) But, government made an act that knowing the sex of the foetus inside the mother's womb is a severe crime.
(3) The reason for this is , by knowing the sex of the foetus, if it is female, some people are ready for aborting it.
(4) This leads to the imbalance in the male-female sex ratio in the country.
(5) Gradually, female population decreases in the country that leads to many sociopsychological problems. Unrest will prevail in the country .
(6) That's why doctors are prohibited to reveal sex determination of the foetus inside the mother's womb.
