Changing all these into Fischer projective formule :

As M and N have one -OH on the same side and another -OH on opposite sides, as such they cannot be mirror image, they are diastereoisomers. Clearly M and O are identical. M is mirror image of P, therefore, M and P are enentiomers. Clearly M and Q are non-identical.
