Which of the following gases can be liquefied easily ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Ghses which are loquefied more easily generally consist of polar molecules e.g., HCl, `NH_(3),SO_(2)` etc. This means that they have hreater attraction towarda the surface of the adsorbent. These are adsorbed more readilyy on the surface of the adsorbent as compared to gases like `H_(2),He, N_(2)` etc. Which consist of non-polar molecules that have comparatively lesser attraction owards the surface of the adsorbent.
