Write the IUPAC name and hybridisation of `K_(2)[CoCl_(4)(en)]`

IUPAC name: Potassium tetrachlorido (ethane-1,2-diamine) cobaltate (II)
State of hybridisation: It is an octahedral complex. Since `Cl^(-)` ion is a weak field ligand, it cannot cause electron pairing. As a result, outer d-orbitals are involved in hybridisation. It is therefore, `sp^(3)d^(2)` in nature.
