The correct Answer is:
D

Tetrahedral complexes donot show any geometrical isomerism. Square planar complexes of the type `MA_3B` also donot show any geometrical isomerism. However, MABCD does exhibit geometrical isomerism . In establishing the position of one of the ligands (say A) in the square plane is kept fixed and the remaining three is kept in the trans position one by one. As a result, following stereoisomers or geometrical isomers are possible.
