1. GHP (Golmerular Hydrostatic Pressure ): Pressure in the golmerulus .It is a about 75 mm Hg.
2. BCOP (Blood Colloidal Osmatic Pressure) : It is due to the plasmsa proteins (albumin , globulin and fibrinogen ) in the glomeruli.
Plasma proteins are not filtered.
BCOp oppose filtration and is avout 32 mm Hg.
3. CHP (capsular Hydrostatic Pressure) : it is due to the filtrate in the Bowman's capsule.
CHP opposes filtration and is about 18 mm Hg.
4. NFP (Net /Effective Filtration Pressure ) : It is the total pressure that causes filtration.
NFP = GHP- (BCOP + CHP)
= 75 - (32+ 18) = 75 - 50 = 25 mm Hg
