AFC is per unit fixed cost of producing the commodity. AFC curve is a rectangular hyperbola curve.
implying that area of all rectangles under this curve remains same which represent TFC (AFC `xx` Qty.). Since TFC does not change with change in the level of output, area of rectangular (TFC) under AFC curve too is fixed.
