A current of 6A is flowing through a 20 turns circular coil of radius 5cm.The coil lies in the xy-plane. What is the magnitude and direction of the magneitc dipole moment assocaited with it?

Magnetic dipole moment is give by
`" "M=NIA`
`" " Here, N=20,I=6A,r=5cm=0.05cm`
`therefore " " M=(20)xx(6)xx(22)/(7)xx(0.05)^(2)=0.94Am^(2)`
The direction of magnetic dipole moment is perpendicular to the plane of the plane of the coil, Hence it is along Z-axis.
