Current in the purely resistive AC circuit `I=V/R`
`therefore` rms value of current
`I_(rms) = (V_(rms)/R) = 220/200 = 1.1`A
In purely resistive AC circuit, current and voltage are in phase. Therefore phase difference is zero.
