Change unequal class intervals into equal class - intervals and work out an analysis table , as under :

Mode is in 8-16 class interval.
By using the formula,
`Z=l_(1)+(f_(1)-f_(0))/(2f_(1)-f_(0)-f_(2))xxi`
`l_(1)=8,f_(1)=20 , f_(0)=6 , f_(2)=5,i=8`
`Z=8+(20-6)/(2(20)-6-5)xx8`
`=8+(14)/(40-11)xx8=8+(14)/(29)xx8`
`Z=8+3.86`
=11.86
Mode (Z) = 11.86`.
