[Given , `Q_(3)`=45,000, `Q_(1)`=18,000
Quartile Deviation`=(Q_(3)-Q_(1))/(2)`
`=(45,000-18,000)/(2)`
`=(27,000)/(2)=13,500`
Coefficient of Quartile Deviation`=(Q_(3)-Q_(1))/(Q_(3)+Q_(1))`
`=(45,000-18,000)/(45,000+18,000)`
`=(27,000)/(63,000)=0.43`
Therefore, Absolute value of dispersion =13,500
Relative value of dispersion=0.43.]
