and `angleC lt angleD` (given)
`:. AO lt BO` ...(1)
`OD lt OC`
( `:'` side opposite to greater angle is longer) ...(2)
On adding (1) and (2), we have
`(AO+OD) lt (BO+OC)`
`AD lt BC`.
