Corresponding equation `2x -y = 3`
At x = 0, y = -3
At `y = 0, x = (3)/(2)`

So the line `2x -y = 3` passes through the points `A((3)/(2),0) and B (0, -3)`. draw a thick line passing through AB. Consider a point (0, 0) and put this value in the given inequation
