Let `'O'` be the origin and co-ordinates of the foot of perpendicular ON form O to the plane be ` N(1,2,-3)`
`:. d.c.'s` of `vec(ON) = 1-0,2-0,-3-0`
`= 1,2,-3`
Let P(x,y,z) be a varibale point on the plane.
`:.` d.c.'s of `vecNP = x- 1, y - 2, z+3`
Now, `vec(ON) _|_vec(NP)`
`:. vec(ON).vec(NP) = 0`
`rArr 1(x-1)+2(y-2)-3(z+3) = 0`
`rArr x+2y-3x-14 = 0`
