Can any source of energy be pollution-free ? Why or why not ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

In reality, no source of energy can be said to be pollution free. The use of each and every source of energy disturbs the environments in one way or the other. For example, though the use of a wind generator, solar cooker and solar cells for obtaining energy is pollution free but the processes involved in making the materials for these energy devices must have caused some pollution and damaged the environment in one way or the other.
