It is difficult to stop bleeding from a cut in human body at high altitude why?

At high altitude, the atmospheric pressure is low. There will be a greater pressure difference between blood pressure and atmospheric pressure. As a result of it, it is difficult to stop bleeding from a cut in the body at high altitude.
