If there appears a sports fund, the expenses incurred on sports activities will be shown on the debit side of Income and Expenditure Account.

If there seems a sports fund, the expenses incurred on sports activities are going to be subtracted from the sports fund. If there seem any fund individual incomes/expenses can added/deducted from the individual fund.
