Since the king, queen and jack of clubs are removed from a deck of 52 playing cards, there-fore total number of cards left in the deck= 52-3 = 49.
Thus, the total number of elementary events = 49
P(a heart) = `(13)/(49),` as there are 13 hearts.
(ii) P(a King) =`(3)/(49),` as out of 4 kings, I king of club is removed.
`P(a Club)=(10)/(49),` as out of 13 clubs, three clubs (Kings, queen and jack) are removed.
(iv) P(the '10' of hearts) =`(1)/(49),` as there is only one '10' of hearts.
