Steps of Construction:
1. Take BC=5cm and construction `DeltaABC` with BA=4 cm and CA=6 cm.
2. Divide BC into three equal parts.
3. Let C' be a point on BC such that `BC'=(2)/(3)BC`.
4. Draw A'C' parallel to AC through C' intersecting BA at A' . `DeltaAB'C'` is the required triangle.
