Check whether 2 and 0 are zeros of polynomial `x^(3)-4x`.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Let `" " p(x)=x^(3)-4x`
Then `" "p(2)=2^(3)-4xx2=0`
and `" " p(0)=0^(3)-4xx0=0`
Hence, 2 and 0 both are zeros of the polynomial`x^(3)-4x`.
