Verified by Experts

The correct Answer is:
C

In ringing experiment removal of bark breaks the continuity of epidermis, cortex and phloem. It shows clearly that epidermis, cortex and phloem donot take part in transport of sap of water.
In sugarcane (monocot) the vascular bundles are scattered, therefore, ringing experiment is not applicable.
