Two positive numbers are in the ratio of 4 : 5. If the difference between these numbers is 24, then find the numbers.

`:." The first number"=(ax)/(b-a)=(4xx24)/(5-4)=96`.
and the second number `=(bx)/(b-a)=(5xx24)/(5-4)=120`.
