Digestion of butter in the body :
Fat `overset("Lipase")to ` Diglycerides `to` Monoglycerides `to` Fatty Acids + Glycerol.
Absorption of fat : Fatty acid and glycerol being insoluble can not be absorbed into blood.
Fatty acids break down into micelles `to` move to mucosa converted into chylomicrons `to` which are transported into lymph vessels (Lacteals) in villi.
