Resistance of the filament of the bulb, `R=(V^(2))/(P)=(220xx220)/(60)Omega=806.67 Omega`
when the bulb is connected in 110 V line then the power expended by it is
`P.=(V.^(2))/(R )=(110xx110)/((220xx11)/(3)) W=(110xx110xx3)/(220xx11)W=15W`. (approx)
