area of handkerchief `= 42*42 = 1764 cm^2`
area of 1 circle `= pi r^2 = 22/7*7*7`
`= 154 cm^2`
area of 9 circles is `=9*154 = 1386 cm^2`
remaining area `= 1764- 1386`
