`phi(-x)=int_(0)^(-x)f(t)dt`
Put `t=-y`
`:. phi(-x)=int_(-a)^(x)f(-t)(-dt)`
`=int_(-a)^(x)f(t)dt=int_(-a)^(a)f(t)dt+int_(a)^(x)f(t)dt`
`=0+int_(a)^(x)f(t)dt=phi(x)`.
