The correct Answer is:
20

Equation of line `(ax)/(c-1) + (by)/(c-1) + 1=0` has two independent parameters.
5a +5b+20c =t
`therefore 5a + 5b= t-20c`
`therefore (5a)/(c-1) + (5b)/(c-1) = (t-20c)/(c-1)`
R.H.S. is independent of c if t = 20.
