Inside a hollow sphere of mass M, a rod of length `Rsqrt(2)` is released from the state of rest. The mass of the rod is same as that of the sphere. If the inner radius of the hollow sphere is R then find out its horizontal displacement with respect to earth in the time is which the rod becomes horizontal.

When rod becomes horizontal CM of the sphere `(C_(1)) &` of rod `(C_(2))` are in same vertical line with their combined `CM(C)` which has no horizontal displacement.
