A uniform semi circular ring of mass m is placed on smooth horizontal surface and is free to rotate about an axis passing through point 'O' and perpendicular to the plane of the ring. A particle of same mass is striking the semi circular ring at other end, elastically as shown in the figure. find out angular velocity of the ring just after impact.
