Monosomy of the sex chromosome disorder is Turner's syndrome. Karyotype of Turner's syndrome. Karyotype of Turner's syndrome is 22 + XO. It is caused by the absence of an X chromosome. Such females are sterile with rudimentary ovaries. Secondary sexual characters are lacking.
