(ii) rop, and

(1) Ori-Ori is a sequence from where replication starts and any piece of DNA when linked to this sequence can be made to replicate within the host cells.
(2) rop-It codes for the proteins involved in the replication of the plasmid.
(3) Hind III sites-Their function is to protect the host genome against invasion by foreign . DNA. It is the DNA restriction enzymes.
