What happen when bile cannot enter the duodenum due to obstruction?

when bile cannot enter into the duodenum due to obstraction, it will accumulate in the gall bladder and billary passges. As a result, the level of bile in blood is increased and jaundice is formed. This type of jaundice due to obstruction is called obstruction jaundice.
