why protein and glucose are not present in normal urine?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Protein is not present in normal urine because it is a colloidal macromolecule which is neither filterced in the glomeruli nor secreted in the tubules. Although glucose is filtered in glomeruli, it is also not persent in normal urine because normally the renal tubules rebsoth the entire amount of glucose that has been filtered.
