In what important respect hormones differs from enzymes and which particluar biochemical property is shared by both of them.

Differences : Hormone generally acts away from its sources but enzyme acts both at the place of origin and away from its sources. Hormone is destroyed after its action but enzyme remains unchanged after action.
Similarity: Both hormones and enzymes are required in very small amount and they show specification of action.
