TSH is a glycoprotein hormone secreted from the anterior lobe of pituitary. It stimulates the growth of thyroid hormone and helps in the secretion of thyroid hormones `(T_(4) and T_(3))`
MSH is polypeptide hormone secreted from the pars intermedia or middle lobe of the pituitary. It helps in the formation of melanin pigment to form the colour of skin.
