Rhizobium lives in root nodules ofleguminous plants. This association is mutually beneficial. Rhizobium gets food and shelter and leguminous plant gets nitrogen in return. Since Rhizobium is capable of fixing atmospheric nitrogen so it acts as biofertiliser.
