Calculate the kinetic energy of a bullet...

Calculate the kinetic energy of a bullet of mass 50 g moving with a velocity of `200 m*s^(-1)`.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Kinetic energy of the bullet `=1/2 mv^2`
`=1/2 xx0.05 xx(200)^2 =10^3 J`.
[Here, m=50 g =0.05 kg, v=`200 m*s^(-1)`]
