Two satellites move around the earth at the same height. The mass of one satellite is twice that of the other. Which satellite has a greater velocity ?

Orbital speed of a satellite in a fixed orbit at a height h from the earth.s surface is `v=((GM)/(R+h))`, where M=mass of the earth , R=radius of the earth. Clearly, orbital speed does not depend on the mass of the orbiting body . Hence, both move with the same velocity.
