The amino acids that can be synthesised by human body are called non-essential amino acids ( Gly, Ala, Glu, Asp, Gin, Asn, Ser, Cys, Tyr & Pro) and those needs to obtained through diet are called essential amino acids (Phe, Val, 1hr, Trp, Ile, Met, His, Arg, Lys, Tur, Met & Trp).
