Calculate the current and resistance of ...

Calculate the current and resistance of a 100 W, 200V electric bulb.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Power=100W and Voltage=200W
Power P =VI
So, Current I=P/v=100/200=0.5A
Resistance R=V/I=200/0.5=400W
