(b) It has an orisite (origin of replication ..site) two antibiotic resistant sites namely
(i) ampicillin resistant site (Amp.)
(ii) Tetracycline resistant site (Tet.) (c) It consists of rop genes that code for proteins involved in the replication of the plasmid.
(d) Amp. consists of restriction sites for REN - pstl and pvu I.
(e) Tet. resistant gene consists of restriction sites for REN - BamH I, Sal I. (f) ` P^(BR)””_(322)`also consists of restriction sites for REN-ECORI, Hind III.
