A lamp consumers 1000J of electrical energy in 10 S what is its power?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

And Power = work done / Time
Work done = Energy consumed by the lamp = 1000J
Time =10 s
Therefor Power =1000/10 = 100 `JS^(-1)` = 100w
