Give atleast three similarities and three dissimilarities between a plant cell and animal cell.

Similarities
1. Both plant and animal cells are the building blocks of all plants and animals respectively.
2. Both have various membrane bound cell organelles to perform different functions.
3. Both have membrane-bound nucleus a the control centre of all cellular activities as well as for carrying hereditary information.
Dissimilarities
1. Rigid cell wall is present in plant cells but absent in animal cells.
2. Plastids are present in plant cells but absent in animal cells.
3. Plant cells do not burst up when placed in hypotonic solution but animal cell do.
