(a) (i) Bacterial cells have nuclear material not bounded by nuclear membrane.
(ii) Bacteria lack membrane-bound cell organelles such as mitochondria, ER, Golgi apparatus, lysosomes, vacuoles etc.
(b) Mitochondria have DNA, RNA, ribosomes and enzymes. These can synthesize some of their proteins. Hence, these are termed semiautonomous organelles.
